Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Sultania Light House. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our wedding lighting and decoration services.
By booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. **Bookings & Payments**
– A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm any booking.
– The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event.
– All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
2. **Service Scope**
– We provide lighting, decoration, and event setup services as per client requirements.
– The client is responsible for providing accurate event details including date, location, and timing.
3. **Cancellations**
– Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur a 25% cancellation charge.
– In case of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather), we will reschedule where possible.
4. **Damages & Liability**
– Any damage to lighting or decoration items during the event caused by guests will be the client’s responsibility.
– Sultania Light House is not liable for any delays caused by traffic, power failure, or unforeseen events.
5. **Changes & Modifications**
– Any last-minute changes must be communicated at least 24 hours before the event.
