1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product was delivered damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.
- Lighting products that have been installed or used.
- Custom or bulk orders, unless defective.
2. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at 0316-6748926 or sultanialight@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order details, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
You must return the item to our store or courier it to the address provided by our team.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.
Please note:
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged delivery.
4. Exchanges
We offer product exchanges under the same conditions as returns. If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us and we’ll check availability of the replacement item.
