Refund Policy

Our goal is customer satisfaction. This policy outlines conditions for refunds and cancellations.

1. **Booking Refunds**
   – 100% refund for cancellations made 7 days before the event.
   – 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before the event.
   – No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

2. **Service Issues**
   – If we fail to deliver due to our own fault, a full refund will be processed.
   – Refunds are not applicable for client-side delays or incomplete information.

3. **Refund Timeline**
   – Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
